Paid work is a separate engagement
Nothing on this website forms a services agreement. Security reviews, managed care plans, and all other paid work are provided only under a separate, written Service Agreement and a defined Scope of Work, and, where the engagement involves access to Protected Health Information, a signed Business Associate Agreement as contemplated by the HIPAA Security Rule. This site does not publish rates; all fees are scoped and confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
