Care plans

Monthly care, scoped to your practice.

Every care plan begins with a security review, so recommendations and pricing are based on written findings about your own technology environment—not assumptions. Request a quote, and we will help identify the right level of support for your practice.

Preferred client rateActive care-plan clients receive a preferred hourly rate for approved work that falls outside their monthly plan. Any additional work is discussed, scoped, and approved before it begins.
Standard project rateFor practices without an ongoing care plan, work outside the initial security review is quoted based on the agreed scope. You will know the expected cost before any work begins.
Security review quoted in advanceYour first security review is clearly scoped and quoted in advance, so you understand what Matthew will review, what you will receive, and what the engagement will cost.
How it starts

Review, findings, then ongoing care.

Security review

A clearly scoped, quoted review of the agreed areas of your technology environment, which may include firewall controls, user accounts, remote access, software environment, backup approach, and recovery readiness.

Written findings

You receive a plain-language report explaining what appears sound, where meaningful risk may exist, and what deserves attention first. The findings are yours to keep, whether or not you choose ongoing services.

Ongoing care

If the relationship is a fit, a care plan helps prioritize and carry the work forward through ongoing protection, documented processes, and practical guidance.
